  I'm honestly not sure why this location has always had god aweful wait times but something needs to change.
  
  Been here plenty of times it's almost always the same wait which is forever. It's as if they started making it 5mins after you sit down. And if you are in the drive through just put on a movie sit back and relax because you are going nowhere fast.
  
  One major complaint I have is the patty melts don't have enough sauce on them, this location puts the least amount of sauce on it. Like my patty melts here are fairly dry and burnt. It's basically a normal burger with the extra ketchup I have to put on it.
  
  Would be nice if something could change but.. it never will.

  Coming from LA this was my first whataburger experience! I've always heard from Texans that whataburger is better than in n out. So I asked a buddy of mine what I should get for my first whataburger experience and he suggested I should get something on the all time favorite & special. So I ended up getting  the whataburger patty melt.
  
  Overall I would have given it a 3.5. The fries were better than in n out, but the burger was alright. The Texas toast with the creamy pepper was decent overall, but if I had to choose I would still pick a double double.

  This Whataburger needs new management!  This is a fast food drive thru...  Yesterday around 2:15pm we went to the drive thru and order a chicken sandwich combo and that's all.  The employee swiped our credit card at 2:17p.m. and walked back inside. At 2:32p.m., we are still sitting in our car and no food!!  My passenger, walked inside to see what was going on???  The employees, including "The Manager" were hanging out at the front counter laughing and visiting while customers are wrapped around the drive thru having to get back to work!!!!!  All of these orders were sitting on the counter to deliver to the customer; but, the employees were too busy visiting...  OMG, really! Shaking My Head...
  Please address this major issue starting from "The Manager"...  Unbelievable!  And yes, food was cold!!  Not happy with this Whataburger location... Changes are a MUST!!!!  Stopped by Chick-fil-A before returning to work, it was only 1 minute and 35 seconds from ordering, paying and having my food at Chick-fil-A... Great business model, go take notes on A+ fast food drive thru organization.

  Much better than I remember it. I have only eaten at one other Whataburger in my life and it was so-so. This fast food was hot and tasty. Clean restaurant. Friendly and efficient service: thanks Ruby.

  This is the slowest location. 50% chance the order is correct. It's a shame this is a convenient area.
